We proudly look back on a long history. Ever since its beginnings in the 14th century Hotel Interlaken has managed to keep its standards. Where in the early days monks and nuns took care of the well-being of the visitors, today a motivated team is ready to serve our guests. Over the past years and under the management of the Beutler family, the hotel and the Restaurant Taverne has been consistently renovated and modernised. Today it presents itself from its best and we are glad to be able to continue the centuries old hospitality. Our focus is on Swiss cuisine, inovative dishes and regional products and we aim to serve you nothing less than the best we can.
